The stains on the wall caused by the wheels of the motorbikes will be a thing of the past when the bricks are laid against the wall. When the job is completed , the wall will be given a new coat of paint. The whole job is done by our handymen so no extra cost is incurred. As for the bricks, they are partly sponsored by Mr Moh, our in-house renovation contractor.
Goodnight and have a nice day.

  1. Thank you Mr. Moh, which i believe is from Tropical Renovation operating at ground floor next to the cybercafe.

The JMC team is at work as of 8.30pm (Friday) earlier. Thanks for their dedication we can see vast improvement in PV10.

Now i hope the rightful owners of PV10 will continue to provide ideas, comments and be it criticisms so PV10 can become a better place to live in.

  2. dear owners,

The JMC alone cannot come up with all the ideas. Your ideas will provide us with something to start with. If we think that it is feasible, practical, within the budget, a value added project and benefits all without any strong objetions from the residents, we shall go ahead and implement it.

The stains on the wall is a good example. Someone commented something about the stains on the wall. We studied the matter and came up with a solution.

Another is our proposal on access cards for the mtorcyclists. Many spoke against it so we put the proposal under KIV. We do listen to you all.

We believe that ideas and coomments provided by all will go a long way to bring improvements to PV10.

  3. Dear See,

haphazard illegal bike parking is the norm of the day and designated bike parking bays are not being fully utilised. Consequentially all the pillars and walls in our premises will hv dirty stains on them. Our security team is undoubtedly not doing a good job. Security bosses should address this issue asap b4 we decide to terminate their services.

  4. Fantastic blog! I actually love how it's simple on my eyes as well as the data is well written. I am wondering how I may be notified whenever a new post has been made. I have subscribed to your rss feed which really should do the trick! Have a nice day!
