Good news for those who need to rent a second car park

Dear residents,

For those who need to rent a second car park, you don't have to run to Taman Melati and pay an up front cost of RM 1400. We have cut a deal with the developer to take over the management of the unsold car parks.

Effective next week, the transaction can be done at the management office. The cost is RM 300.00 in advance for every 3 months and a refundable deposit of RM 30.00 for the access card.

The deal is a win win situation for both parties. It allows us to generate some income for our management fund by imposing a service fee for every transaction. For your info, there are 180 car parks available to let. For all those residents who have rented the car parks from the developer can now renew your rental at the management office under the new terms and conditions.

There is another piece of good news for those car park owners on the roof top. Our responsible and always caring developer has given us an understanding that the accumulated fund from the rental of the car parks may go towards the cost of linking the roof top car parks in the future. They did not set any time frame for doing so. We just have to be a little patient. We are quite confident that the linked roof top will come a reality so tell your friends who park their cars outside to rent a car park from us today.

Good night and have a nice day.

  1. Dear See,

thks for yr commendable effort to secure our residents some conveniences. We will appreciate more if u can get developer to lower the monthly car park rental to ease residents' financial burden during the current economy debacle. Do not say no b4 u make any realistic attempt.

Like to hv a breakdown of the number of car park bays for rent by level. I'm really surprised the unsold car park number is so huge as i was told all the roofed car park bays in ground level and 1st level were sold when i made my condo unit booking during the official sales launch period. The worst thing was i paid RM8000, the same price with those roofed bay with sheltered walkway, for a roofed bay with unsheltered walkway in level 2, a clear-cut day light cheating job that made me a frustrated owner.

  3. Which I know, the roof carpark are selling at RM12,000 & the RM8,000 is for unroof carpark (when I brought a condo, the sales officer told me). Since, I didn't get extra unit car park, but I thing the roof carpark are sold at RM12,000 cause Phase 2 carpark selling price also same with our condo.

  11. dear owners,
the JMC do not get complacent with some of those compliments but we do appreciate them.
As what Mr Zaza said was right, there is still a lot room for improvement. Without comments, there is no room for improvement so Mr Raymond, do not get upset with a few negative remarks. Do continue with your powerful and effective comments.

  13. Mr. See,

Please enlighten the reason of police car presence at level 2 car park at 7.40pm earlier today. Thanks.

  14. dear danny,
a guy who is a resident here was caught breaking into an owner's car. the security left it to the police to handle the case.

  15. Mr. See,

If the culprit is caught by the security then they deserved a mention for their effort. Speaking of security concerns, i met a very suspicious character on the lobby in Block A this morning. I very much hope that our security team can do enough to deter bad hats from coming in.

  18. Hi all,

i was abroad attending a business seminar and has no time to peep into our blog. Understand that there's an innocent anon criticising me for standing up for our residents' well-being. Why nobody comes to my defence in my absence? Truly disappointed after having contributed so much.

    Innocent Anon,

plis repeat what u wrote. Like to take this opportunity to understand u better and to find out whether u r a related party in protecting developer's interest or yr hidden interest at the expense of the residents. Plis study chronological events b4 u start barking again.

  19. Raymond,

The purpose of this blog is not for personal attack or criticising each other. Mr. See have duly removed these unconstructive posts and therefore the needless of going into a lengthy battle of words.

Save all the typings for the well being of PV10.

I urge the moderator to remove any post with the purpose of attacking one another. We don't need to create a new problem between ourselves.

  20. Dear Danny / See,

just curious to know whether the criticism is a positive or a negative one and on what sound ground it's being built on. Maybe the anon need some of my enlightenments and i'm willing to share with him my experiences, exposures and knowledges. To delete the comments b4 i hv a chance peruse them is definitely unfair to us, the anon and me, as it will not help to clear the existing confusions and doubts his mind is preoccupied with. Like to hv a few words with him to thrash out the above-mentioned doubts and confusions and also misunderstanding or misinterpretation if there's any. Good to douse the small fire b4 it turns bigger and beyond our control. Be reminded that we shall welcome positive criticism which is the foundation of our future success. If the criticism is unfounded, i will be wise enough to ignore all the future comments from all the anons in order not to waste my precious time.

  21. Innocent Anon,

i like to reiterate my stand - to contribute my comments here without fear and favour for the well-being of all the condo owners (inclusive myself) and residents at large and nothing else. What did u contribute so far? U r urged to replace me if u think u can do it better. Discernibly, u r here to play the role of a spoiler or sympathiser for ownself or kinfolk who are involved in the frontline actions. U felt damn agitated, worse than management and JMC members who are perceptive to constructive criticisms for more accomplishments to add value to our properties. I really appreciate their collective efforts to get things done cheerfully. U also intentionally misconstrued all the positive comments as cursing and shouting which are not my charateristics. I don't see the reason behind yr agitation as u will be one of the beneficiary of the value-added activities if u own a unit here but oddly enough, u behaved unappreciatively and attempted to slow down our strong drives for success. Categorically speaking, i don't think u hv many supporters here.
All and sundry, i suspected u made some related party comments.

  22. Dear See,

Thanks for the effort to spread the carpark rental into RM300 compared to 1 lumpsum of RM1400. This would certainly help those who are tight with cash. But seriously, I still think the RM100 charges per month is still quite high. I hope the you can persuade our developer into reducing it.

Talking abt our developer, I want to voice out my frustration on them working on Sundays and after working hours (5pm) during weekdays and weekends. I'm referring to the piling/ building works on Phase 3, facing Block D. I hope you will inform them about their selfishness and to obey the working hours. Because I intend to bring this up with our Wakil Rakyat to shut down their construction works. This has been going on for the past few months. I know this is none of your responsibility but just to share with all PV 10 owners/tenants.

Thank you again for your continuing effort to make PV10 a better place to live.

  23. Authority required 1 or 2 (depend category of building)car park to be provided for each unit, but unfortunately these car parks have been generating huge imcome for certain party. Imagine buying a car park that cost RM12000 and the said amount is about rm100 per square foot!! If there were 200 car parks were rented out per month, that mean management shall generate revenue of RM20000...
