Removal of an eyesore.


Now you see it , now you don't. After persistent complaints from the JMC, the developer finally removed the eyesore from our condo.

    Dear Mr. See,

    The big umbrella at the entrance is another eyesore that need to be removed. It does not reflect the image of a condo.

    JMC have approved a quotation for collapsible canopy, the Umbrella is a momentary measure intended to ease residents in rainy days. We're in the offing for the contractor to fix the collapsible canopy.

    dear zacque,

    fairuz has explained why the umbrella is there. we know that it is an eyesore.

    we are waiting for PR form and the purchase order from the management. when they are signed, the work will proceed.

    Dear See,

    housekeeping of the corridor located in-between the multi-purpose hall and the shops is getting from bad to worse instead of improving since my last hilite several weeks ago. In addition to bicycle, chair and stool, u can also see sandals, slippers and shoes on the floor, plus dirty towels displaying on the windows. In view of its strategical location, its state of housekeeping is representative of the cleanliness of the condo. Plis take up this issue seriously b4 the situation deteriorating and beyond our control.
