Dear residents,
The JMB- PV10 committee is carrying out a survey on its proposal to apply to DBKL to turn Jalan Danau Sujana 2 ( in front of the guardhouse ) into one way. The rationale for doing so is to minimize traffic congestion and to prevent any untoward accidents.
You can indicate your decision by putting a tick in the column provided below.

We have to wait for for the outcome of the survey before we shall consider whether to apply to DBKL to turn the road into one way or not. When you go to the office to pay your maintenance fees, you may indicate your decision in the form provided. The views of the residents are important to us.

I think it's a good idea getting the feedback from all the owners then decide which are the highest vote. YES or NO.

I also hope there will be no more ignorant driver (be it private car/taxi/bus/motorcycle)who like to wait at the entrance which make the traffic become worst especially during peak hours in the morning and evening.

ReplyDeleteThe proposal is not a bad idea, but I think it still won't solve the problem. There will still cars parking at both side lane of the road,then those who waiting to pick up someone will still be parking at road side. If we put up the no parking sign,they simply ignore it. The best way is to make it one way & widen the road is the best solution.

Yes..I agree with 'OwNer of Block B' , when there is cars at the both side of the road, the traffic won't turns any better. Somemore, some taxi drivers not really park into the taxi waiting lane provided. This happened to me few times, especially in the late night, the taxi driver told me that he would not pick up any new passengers & just dropped me in front of the guardhouse. This will result a jam when there is cars coming in & out from the guardhouse. Perhaps any other owner can share your ideas here. Thanks.
