We wish to link up the guard house to the main building but unfortunately we were told that our action violates the fire prevention act for condominium. In the event of a fire the covered pathway may hamper the firemen from having easy access to the scene of the fire.

The stools in front of the guard house have been completed. This is a value added project that benefits the residents of PV10.
Goodnight and have a nice day.

  2. Dear See,

  5. Dear See,

good initiative. Keep it up. We shall also take a good look at all the construction sites in our vicinity for breeding grounds of aedes mosquitoes and seek developers' cooperation to nip the problem at its bud.

  6. Mr.See,

What about the empty plot opposite the guard house that has been fenced up? What are the plans for that plot of land from the developer? I am concerned they are becoming a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

    Block A Owner.

  7. dear owner,
that is an unused piece of land. I guess, it has to be returned to DBKL.

  8. Dear See,

do u mean we can keep the land if we convert it into a car park to solve our existing haphazard parking woe? The land can definitely lay golden eggs to fatten our coffer once all the supermarkets are up. Plis advise.

  9. dear owners,
can you turn a piece of land which is not yours into a car park to generate income for PV 10? Perhaps, someone can set up an ad hoc committee to run the business.

  10. Dear See,

legally speaking, yr query is self-explanatory.
The problem is u issued an ambiguous statement that confused everybody as though the land is belonging to PV10 and u r unsure whether DBKL will repossess the land which is not being utilised.

"Perhaps, someone can set up an ad hoc committee to run the business."

On second thought, i've high regard for u for having business shrewness. Probably u know a smart way of exploiting legal loophole to hv the idling plot of land legally transferred to PV10 if developer has no plan to develop it. Truly brilliant idea. U hv our full support. Do the necessary ground work to fulfill yr brainchild.

Prior to that, plis address Danny's main concern on breeding ground for Aedes mosquitoes.

  12. Dear See,

plis explore way to provide sheltered walkway linking guard house to bloc A. Consult experts if need to. This is another safety issue for residents' well-being that we can't compromise. With yr shrewd mind to circumvent the law to get things done, we know we r blessed and can count on u.

  13. Dear See,

walkway located in between the gym and the shops is being misused for bike parking and keeping chairs and stools. This scenario persists for some time and guards are turning a blind eye to it. Like to stress that all the walkways must be empty at all time. No one should be allowed to misuse it or take full ownership of them later as the act is trespassing on residents' right. Plis act fast b4 situation goes haywire. This is one of my justification for u to move yr base to further improve yr contribution to us.
