Dear residents,

We need your feedback on the matter before we proceed to apply to DBKL ( the approval body ) for approval.

Your feedback on the matter is important for us to make a decision. You may call the management, the JMC members or send your e-mails to our official e-mail address to provide your input

Thank you.

Regards,

The JMC

  2. I think we can just proceed with it but based on what I know is that TESCO would be on the opposite of the Indian Kuil and DBKL will need to see the actual plan of TESCO before the approval of it can take place. As traffic would be heavy if thats the correct location of TESCO.

As this information I got it from the Developer Office.

  3. Dear See,

congratulation for receiving numerous compliments for the good works rendered. U deserve all. But lets not rest on our laurels as the journey ahead is long and tough for us to achieve our ultimate goals. Nevertheless, we can hit the tape with persistent perseverance on our stride.

  4. do not make it into one way...
    really troublesome..
    please wont follow..
    like steven corner there...
look into what is causing the traffic to be like that in the first place...
people simply parking-the stupid yellow coloured things you guys placed to prevent parking but actually making it worst-the taxi stand located so near to entrance. try do something more simpler to solve this matter not go to such way to make it into 1 way street!

  5. I am not in favour of the idea. Try remove the special lane allocated for taxi because the lane has taken up nearly half of the road.

  6. I agree with Anonymous, remove the taxi lane.
And draw the yellow line all the road.

  7. Dear owner,

even with the yellow lines, they will still park beside the road for the simple reason that they do not have any car parks in the condo.
enforcement officers will not even bother to issue summons because this particular road is not in the city centre and is contributing to any traffic jam in the city centre.

  8. Lets talk the fact. Those lane you can't do anything about it. As people who's going to the kuil also will park there & visitor to the condo also will park there.

If you going to change it to 1 way also you need the kuil committee to agree to it too. As it's not just our decision as the kuil also effected.

It's a good idea of 1 way street but I don't think it will be achieved.

  10. Dear See,

i don't agree with u on traffic enforcement officers will take action on illegal haphazard parking in city centre only. Legally speaking, they should do it anywhere as along as the offence is found to hv been committed. Lets try out Keicy's proposal on yellow lines on the road, with DBKL's and kuil committee's approval if necessary, putting up effective traffic signages (no parking/tow zone, etc) at strategical locations. Mgt/secuirty to inform the relevant authority for action if illegal haphazard parking is found for stringent enforcement purposes for which we are lacking in so far. Be reminded of the factthat once bitten, twice shy.

  11. i dont agreed to 1 way.as the anon comments maybe what we should do is one side parking only and the taxi lane since i hardly see taxi stops there. usually they stop and load/unload passenger in the middle of the entrance.

  12. Hi I am Mr. Lee from Block A. I dont agree with one way street as well. Even though you disallow two way street, I bet there are still people will continue to do the two way street for their own convenience. Just that if possible, the cars parking beside yellow lines outside the condo should be disallowed.

Besides, I have another suggestion that a extended shades shall be done till the resident lane at the entrance of the guardhouse. This is particularly useful for our resident especially during heavy rainy days. This is to prevent us from rainwater to splash into our car and us. Even though sometimes the guard open the barrier for us to go through without using the access card, it still pose a problem to us when we want to leave the condo. Because we need to touch access card when enter the condo in order to leave the condo. So kindly consider this suggestion. I think other residents have same kind of feeling as well.

    Thanks again.

  13. Dear Mr Lee,
we can cover the whole entrance and exit if we want. The only problem is that the structure must be high enough for the garbage truck to enter and the cost incurred will also be very high.
The best solution is to use the reader beside the guardhouse when it is raining.
