OPENING OF THE BANK ACCOUNT WITH CIMB

We are pleased to inform you that effective 1 st February 2009, all payments made to the management office will be credited into the account belonging to JMB.



All payments in the form of cheques must be in favour of JMB-PV10 ( MF ). With the opening of the bank account does not mean that we have taken over the BMA ( Building Maintenance Account ). As I have said in my previous blog, we shall only accept the account after the account being audited by Wong & Company, the registered auditor appointed by the JMB- PV10.

    at the moment, I don't think it is possible but auto debit with credit card can be done and it is more convenient.
    Please check with the management office.

    I agree to what twl said. The management should accomodate for internet banking. It is much more convenient especially for people like me who hardly be in town.

    I believe the conduct of the account shall be the responsibility of JMC. As such we leave it to you to decide how best to manage the account and to accomodate payments by owners due to JMC.

    I also wish to highlight abount information dissemination. As of existing, we only have notice board in the lift lobby at Grd Floor. How about notice board at lift lobby Level 1 & 2 Carparks as I hardly go to Grd Flr

    JMC is now attended by 6 owners and 1 rep from Developer. Should you not appoint or elect others to complete the numbers of 13 JMC. You can invite those contesting by popular votes as per the last AGM

  5. The lift at lift lobby 2nd Floor Block A is still unattended after more than a month. Any feedbacks from developer?

    As an added security measure, I propose the Management/JMC to install intercom to condo units from Guard House so as to enable the guards to check and confirm with residents first whether the visitors are genuine and allowed access.

    we do not know how much the banks will charge for having these services. internet banking will only cater to small number of owners.
    you only need to go to the office once for some paper work to carry out auto debit from your credit cards. it is also very convenient. internet banking caters to big organizations with large no of clients.

    having a big committee will pose many problems. you can hardly make any decisions. you have so many different views which may delay any important proposals. The next AGM won't be too far away. you may decide then how many committee members you need to manage our properties. by that time you may decide on a new chairman.

    Having an intercom is a very good proposal but the cost incurred is very high. Right now, even when we haven't started utilizing any of the fund,there is already allegation of abuse of fund.Maybe you propose the idea in the next AGM when those owners who are present can debate on it.

    Regarding the lift, I spoke to Lena. this is a developer's problem. she will try to get the developer to rectify the problem as soon as possible,

    i.m agreed that as we still got lot of other higher prioty things to do
    anyway, can we come out yearly plan what we need thru out the year. this will make sure all owner can visualize what things going on.

    the quotations from various companies will be posted on the blog and the procedure to award the job by the management will be posted when i am back from hometown.
