The humps are now under construction. We ask the contractor to construct the humps at the dangerous spots at BLK C and D first. Hopefully, the residents do not complain about having too many humps in the condo.
it's a penny-wise decision as safety is our top priority. I don't see there's any good reason for opposition. U r rest assured of making more friends than enemies.
I just noticed there are pukes all over in one of the lift in Block A. I called up the security post and enquired whether there is a cleaner around and got a no for answer.
In the view of this incident, can we actually have a standby cleaner after working hours? Who knows one of the drunkard might decide to puke in front of someone's doorstep or at the lobby. Will be an irritating and disgusting scene for the residents.
For your information, i feel that the road humps in front of resident entrance for Block D at level 1 car park is a bit too high, and i saw the the shape of the hump is not equal as well.
this is the only worry i hv in mind, the shoddy workmanship. The intention of erecting the speedbreaker humps is good, no doubt about it. Hope it's JMC's standard practice in assigning one of its member to monitor the implementation and make routine site inspection and daily progress report. Get the contractor to remedy the detected flaw b4 they are paid.
anything in excess in poisonous. We must go for optimum number to serve the real purpose. Too high a hump can damage car base when its loading is close to its specified maximum and low level hump can defeat the purpose of breaking the speed of vehicles. Appropriate for us to consult knowledgeable professional in this field for optimum spec.
You did not reply to my earlier post regarding the pukes in the lift. I was the one you met in the management office this morning complaining about it.
When i came back from shopping later today, I found a lot of stains on my door. I took a cloth and try to wipe them off. To my disbelief, the stains have already started to eat into my metal door resulting rusting in process! I swear there were no stain 2 days before.
I now strongly believed the floor polishing which took place on Wednesday is the cause of it. They must be using high corrosive cleaning materials. Because my unit is on the corner side, where the starting point is, the splashing of the material is more.
I want a remedy and an explanation!! I will lodge an official report with the management on Monday.
dear danny, I went to the lift together with the cleaner. the floor was clean but there were some stains on the door. i told the cleaner to clean it up. I did'nt wait to see whether it was done or not. I believed that it should have been done. Three cleaners stayed behind to work until 7.00 pm. That is the best we can do. Anyway, we have decided to terminate the present cleaning services company.
Now you are talking about the stains on your door. I don't have any idea what happened. You should get the management to look into it.
The road humps in front of resident entrance for Block D at level 1 car park is higher compare to the rest of the hump, if you look carefully, you might found some paint trail like stuff on top of the hump, i think it might be the scratch of the car when they drive over the hump.
I notice that among the humps, the 1 located near Block B can consider as standard and it meet the requirement for slowing the car down. I know that the purpose for the road humps are to slow down car, but it ain't to spoil our car.
The road hump at the entrance of Block D L1 is really too high and it scratch my car every time when I pass thru it even my speed of passing the hump is very very low.
Is it ok that the developer make some changes on the hump located at Block D lvl1 ? Can it make it as like the 2 road hump in front of the management office ?
when you wish to compliment, please address the compliment to the JMC and not me alone. I do not wish to take credit for the things done here. As I have said, it is a collective effort
Wondering if the road humps is completed? Seem that the progress just stop and the road hump right in front of Blk D entrance at lvl1 just done half way.
How long does it take to get the hump painted? Been more than a week since it was done. Occasionally, i forgot there is a hump and almost skid over. Please paint it as soon as possible.
the hump without colored visual control system (vcs) may pose greater traffic hazard to residents than the road without hump as the drivers of the vehicles may inadvertently depress the accelerator instead of the brake when they get an unexpected bump, a shocker. Plis get the simple colored vcs done asap.

ReplyDeletedear owners,
ReplyDeleteall the humps are similar to those in front of the management office. If the hump is too low, it may defeat the purpose of slowing down the traffic.
Hi Mr.See!
